Payment Guidelines & Security
Shipping & Incoterms
Approved payment methods include international wire transfer (Telegraphic Transfer / TT) and authorized payment services such as Payoneer where applicable. Payment currency, required advance percentage, and balance payment schedules are explicitly defined in the official Proforma Invoice or sales contract.
All international shipments are dispatched according to mutually agreed Incoterms, including FOB (Free on Board), CFR (Cost and Freight), or CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight). Allocation of freight charges, marine insurance, destination customs clearance, and terminal handling aligns strictly with the selected Incoterm.
Orders enter processing only after funds are fully received and verified by our finance division. Intermediary bank fees, currency conversion, and processing charges are handled as mutually agreed in writing. Buyers must transfer funds strictly to officially communicated company accounts and verify instructions prior to transfer.
Stated delivery timelines are operational estimates. Dispatch depends on agricultural procurement schedules, quality grading, phytosanitary clearance, customs processing, port congestion, and ocean vessel liner availability.
Cancellation, Refunds & Sales Terms
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Commercial Terms & Compliance
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and receive formal written confirmation. Orders cannot be cancelled once agricultural procurement, custom grading, bagging, export documentation, or vessel loading has commenced.
All commercial engagements specify minimum order quantities (MOQ), grain grain specifications, crop year, and moisture content limits. Pre-shipment inspection rights by independent agencies (such as SGS) are defined in the sales contract.
Where a cancellation or refund is approved under contract terms, funds will be returned via the original banking channel according to standard banking procedures. Non-recoverable processing fees or third-party banking charges will be deducted as agreed.
Buyers remain responsible for obtaining destination import permits and compliance with regional quarantine standards. Neither party shall be liable for delays resulting from force majeure events, maritime disruption, or government export quotas.
